La Paz doesn´t have a traditional public transport system. Instead, public transport is made up of minibuses, pictured here, which hold about 15 people and a driver and a caller, who constantly yells the bus´ destinations out the window and collects the fares; usually about 1 Boliviano (12 cents).
Trufis, which stands for (T)ransport on a (R)o(U)te (FI)xed, are a little more expensive, but are just regular cars and carry at most 4 passengers. They are a little more expensive, 3.5 Bolivianos.
