Cuidad del Este, Paraguay
Cuidad del Este is a chaotic mess. I took the bus from Puerto Iguazú, to Foz de Iguassu, and make the 10-minute walk across the bridge-border with Paraguay. Officials don’t stop pedestrians on either side of the border and many Brazilians go up there to get cheap electronics or clothes. You can’t take more than 3 paces without someone shoving merchandise in your face. Needless to say, I didn’t spend much time here.
